To be or not to be

Is a question well worth our time and efforts if we are trying to understand veganism

Let's elaborate veganism in simple terms. Being vegan means more plants and seeds, thereby ensuring better health. Moreover, when we are unsure about how our animal based foods are processed,be it meat or milk, going the vegan way is a good start.

Being nature responsible is another benefit we derive by going vegan. The processing  of all animal foods dictates the animals to be overworked or harmed, based on the food type. Compassion , a small  word with a huge impact can go a long way in helping these animals; should we decide to go the vegan way.

Benefits of veganism

  1. lowers bad cholesterol and improves gut health ( determines the overall health being of a person)
  2. Highly antioxidant vegan foods, help reduce inflammation and acta s our personal  bodyguards  against diseases.
  3. Going vegan reduces hormonal  imbalances
  4. It also reduces the risk of many cancers

Veganism  comes with numerous benefits and it is a small effort from us to highlight some basic ones

As much as veganism comes with no consequences as such, some may argue that it is a little too steep on the pocket. But there are alternative for it too, which can be tapped.

The cons( if we have to name them) can be

  • Basic human resistance to change
  • Unsure of the way to  adapt to a  new dietary style

Nature belongs to us all.

If we put our thoughts to how our food habits have caused an extra stress on the food chains, we would all be able to contribute on a small, albeit better way.
